Becky first got interested in Reiki and energy healing arts during the pandemic.  As we all grappled with the new normal and wondering if things would ever go back to normal, the anxiety of it all, led her to a group reiki meditation over zoom.  As soon as the meditation started and the reiki began to flow, tears followed by an enormous release of all the emotions she had been carrying around with her for years that she didn’t realize had been weighing her down.  From that moment on, she was hooked.  She continued with the group reiki meditations and decided to become a reiki practitioner in the hopes of helping others experience the same emotional release and peace that comes with receiving reiki. She has since continued to add to her reiki training by adding animal reiki, meditation, and breath work.
